- Parent Signature required on both the Reading Response Log AND School Planner

* Our field trip to Kapolei High School for our Complex Grade 5 Field Day is TOMORROW! Please come to school prepared:
1. Please come to school on time. The bus will be leaving promptly at 8:30am.
2. Please where covered shoes, preferably athletic.
3. Please wear your Hookele school shirt.
4. Bring an extra water bottle for the activities during Field Day.
5. Bring a lunch with a drink inside a gallon sized ziploc bag.
