-ReadWorks, please complete your assigned article, "Shawn the Speedy Snail", answering all comprehension questions. (This is NOT Article of the Day!)

Homeroom Announcements
- NO SCHOOL, Monday 1/20 in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. I will see you back in school on Tuesday 1/21! Enjoy your long weekend!!!
- Reading State Practice Test will begin on Tuesday 1/21
> Please get a good night's rest, have a healthy breakfast, and come to school on time.
- Report Cards have gone out!!!

- Next week Friday 1/24, is resource classes! Please wear comfortable & athletic clothes and covered shoes. Please bring water to stay hydrated.

1. If you complete your assigned lessons FOR BOTH SUBJECTS AND have a passing rate of 80% or higher, you will get an ice pop and you will be allowed to play PRODIGY.
2. If the ENTIRE CLASS completes their assigned lessons FOR BOTH SUBJECTS AND have a passing rate of 80% or higher, you will ALL get to eat lunch in the classroom, watch a movie, and enjoy ice cream!
